By using the website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with the policies and conditions referred to on the website, including the Privacy Policy and the Returns and Refunds Policy.
These Terms do not limit any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
2. Products
studio radica sells physical products and, where indicated, digital products or content.
We make every effort to represent the colours, materials, textures, dimensions and characteristics of our products as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on the device and screen settings used.
Some products are made using digital manufacturing and 3D printing processes. Minor surface variations, visible layer lines or characteristics resulting from the manufacturing process may be normal features of the product and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Essential characteristics, dimensions, materials and any instructions or limitations of use are specified on the relevant product page.
3. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase.
After we receive your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel an order in the event of product unavailability, an obvious error in the price or published information, inability to process payment, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason.
If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled, any amounts due will be refunded using the payment method used for the purchase.
4. Prices and Payments
The applicable prices are those displayed in the store at the time the order is placed.
Any shipping costs are shown separately before the purchase is confirmed.
The tax treatment of orders is determined in accordance with applicable law.
Payments are processed using the payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be authorised before the order is fulfilled.
5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

When you purchase a digital product, you purchase the right to use the file or content in accordance with the licence specified on the product page or in the applicable licence terms.
Unless a different licence is expressly provided, purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the associated intellectual property rights to the customer.
You may not distribute, share, resell, sublicense, publish or otherwise make the original digital file or copies of it available to third parties, except as expressly permitted by the licence purchased.
Any commercial or maker licences will be governed by the specific terms indicated on the relevant product or licence page.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once supply has begun if the customer has given prior express consent to immediate performance and has acknowledged the consequent loss of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, the studio radica brand, product names, texts, photographs, videos, graphic elements, designs, digital models and other original content are owned by studio radica or are lawfully used with the permission of their respective owners.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, commercialised or used beyond what is permitted by law or by any licence expressly granted.
The purchase of a physical product does not transfer any intellectual property rights relating to the design of the product.
10. Use of the Website
The website may only be used for lawful purposes.
You may not compromise the security or operation of the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, use the website for fraudulent activities or infringe the rights of studio radica or third parties.

studio radica uses Shopify for its online store infrastructure. However, sales made through this website are concluded directly between the customer and studio radica.

Errors or inaccuracies relating, for example, to descriptions, prices, availability or shipping information may occasionally occur.

If you purchase as a consumer and reside in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law that would apply in the absence of this choice.
