Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, intact, unused and, where applicable, in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase may be required.

We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item.
Except in cases of defective, damaged or incorrect products, or where otherwise required by law, the direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Studio Radica is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you have received a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at hello at studioradica.com, providing your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your rights under applicable law.
Customised products
Except as provided by applicable law in the case of defective or non-conforming products, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Digital products
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, such as downloadable digital files, the right of withdrawal may be lost once the supply of the content has begun, provided that the customer has given their prior express consent to the supply beginning during the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that they will consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
If these conditions are not met, the rights provided under applicable law will continue to apply.
This provision does not limit the customer's rights in the event that the digital content is defective, non-conforming or does not correspond to what was purchased.
Right of withdrawal in the European Union
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions provided for under applicable law.
For goods, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you simply need to inform us of your decision in an unequivocal manner before the withdrawal period expires by writing to hello at studioradica.com.
Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments due under applicable law, including the cost of the standard delivery originally paid, where required by law. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method that is more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be refunded.
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed, and at no additional cost to the customer.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
